The Canadian Muslim Women's Institute (CMWI) is a Winnipeg-based non-profit community organization that is dedicated to the economic, social and spiritual empowerment of women. Since its founding in 2006, CMWI has continued to grow and expand its programs, especially its services for newcomer women to Canada.
Some of CMWI's programs and services include: English conversation classes, recreational and educational classes, social events, community pantry, referrals and the Sewfair social enterprise.
